Who can rent a cabana?
Cabana rentals are open to North Raleigh Swim Club members. To become a member, please visit northraleighswimclub.com/membership/.

How do I reserve a cabana?
Use the Cabana Booking Form on the NRSC website or email [email protected] with your request. Please include the date, time, and whether you are requesting Cabana 1 or Cabana 2.

Which cabana should I choose?
Cabana 1 is near the playground and includes the tables to the left of the cabana . Cabana 2 is near the volleyball area and includes the three picnic tables under the cabana.

How many guests are included?
Each rental covers up to 15 guests (non-members) to use the cabana and pool.

What if my party has more than 15 guests?
A pool guest fee of $5 per person is required for each non-member guest over the 15-guest limit included with the rental.

What if my party has more than 25 guests?
Additional lifeguards may be required for parties with 26+ guests. The additional lifeguard fee is $40 per hour. A member of the board will contact you to understand more about your party needs for larger parties.

Do guests need to sign in?
Yes. All party guests should check in and complete the required guest sign-in/waiver before entering or using the pool facility.

Do guests need to follow pool rules?
Yes. The member host and all guests are expected to follow all North Raleigh Swim Club pool rules and staff instructions.

Rental Periods

There is a 2-hour minimum for cabana rentals. Rentals must take place within one of the following rental windows:

Rental Period 1: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Rental Period 2: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, ending at 7:00 PM on Sundays

Before Your Party
